Bryan Blomquist - U.S. Army 1970-73

November 29, 1949 ~ June 12, 2021

Bryan enlisted in U.S. Army in 1970 where he served a tour in Vietnam as a Vietnamese Interpreter - Hanoi dialect - with the Army Security Agency in both Camp Eagle and Phu Bai. After the Army, Bryan was appointed to Lynbrook, NY Police Dept July of 1974, promoted to Sgt in 1984, Lieutenant in 1989, and retired in August of 2011. Bryan was the president of Long Island Sled Hockey, Inc. and organization that he was proud to serve.
