Veterans Council of Indian River County FL

The Veterans Council of Indian River County was established in 1987 and works with over 20 member organizations to support local veterans and their families. The Council began by offering transportation to the VA Hospital in Palm Beach County and hosting ceremonies honoring veterans. Since then the Council has expanded and now has different programs to help needy veterans, the homeless and younger Vets make a successful transition from military to civilian life.
